Paul Lathouras is a licensed builder with a long history in the construction industry.
Paul started his own operation, Superior Walls & Ceilings, specialising in large institutional projects and currently completing a contract at Gold Coast University Hospital worth approximately $40 million.
Paul believes that without Performance, Price and Relationships, any success is only short term.

Brett is a qualified fibrous and drywall plasterer with sound acoustic and fire rating knowledge and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Brett has over 25 years industry experience in internal linings, commercial plastering and estimating.
Brett’s key responsibility is the daily management of Superior Walls & Ceilings, embracing all construction and financial processes.

John is a qualified fibrous and drywall plasterer in Queensland and New South Wales and licenced in Passive Fire Protection.
John has over 10 years with Superior Walls & Ceilings and 35 years industry experience.
Key responsibilities for John are overall on-site management, labour control and ensuring that our objectives and obligations are adhered to on site as well as keeping overall performance at a continually high standard.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business, is a qualified CPA and Chartered Secretary and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Secretaries, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and CPA Australia.
With over 25 years as a senior executive in financial management, Mike is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of the combined portfolio of companies which incorporates the Lathouras Group, Superior Group and HPP Group on behalf of Paul Lathouras.

Khyle holds a Diploma of Construction Management
Khyle has 4 years commercial estimating experience and sound acoustic and fire rating knowledge
Highly experienced in the workings of major specialised interior linings contracts in excess of $10 million.
