K5, Bowen Hills is the tallest laminated engineered-timber office tower on Earth. The timber materials and methodology fast paced the project and provided a significantly lower carbon footprint than the normal concrete / precast construction process.
Superior Walls and Ceilings complete the Base build of the tower, including the plantroom on Level 10 and the Internal Fitout for Aurecon from Ground up to Level 4.
