Paul established Superior Walls & Ceilings in 1999, fulfilling a void in the construction industry for quality workmanship. With his long experience in construction and as a licenced builder Paul knew the fundamentals to build a great and successful team and culture.

Director of Operations
Bringing to Superior Walls & Ceilings over 25 years of industry experience in internal linings, commercial plastering and estimating, Brett is a valued team leader.
Brett is a qualified fibrous and drywall plasterer with acoustic and fire rating knowledge and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Brett’s key responsibility is the daily management of Superior Walls & Ceilings, embracing all construction and financial processes.
Construction Manager
Matt joined Superior Walls & Ceilings in 1999. Qualified Carpenter by trade, Matt has worked in the commercial construction industry for over 25 years. With an extensive knowledge and experience with fire and acoustic rating and experience in the industry, Matt is an asset to the Superior team.
Highly motivated and always innovating Matt ensures Superior’s performance is kept to a high standard.
As the Construction Manager, Matt is responsible for overseeing all aspects of onsite management and ensuing Superior’s objectives and obligations are adhered.
Finance Manager
Doug is a qualified CPA with a Bachelor of Business and Masters of Business Administration.
With over 20 years’ experience with national and international companies in the building and construction industry, Doug brings a diverse range of skills and experience in financial management and business acumen to this role.
Doug is responsible for managing all financial aspects for Superior Group working closely with company Director’s to achieve strategic objections to sustain the long term growth and development of Superior Walls & Ceilings.
Senior Estimator
Leading our Estimating Department, Khyle started with Superior Walls & Ceilings in 2008.
Completing a Diploma of Construction Management and in conjunction with his estimating experience of major contracts in excess of $10 million enables Khyle to provide our Customers with the best outcome for their project.
