SWCP was established in 1999 by Paul Lathouras, a business leader who understood what it took to do wall and ceiling work properly. More than 25 years later, the company he built remains privately owned, Queensland-based, and laser-focused on the trade that started it all.
What began on the Gold Coast has grown into one of Queensland’s most trusted Tier 1 specialist subcontractors. We’ve worked on some of the state’s most complex and prestigious projects from Gold Coast hospital campuses to Brisbane high-rise, island resort refurbishments to mission-critical data centres.
We’re not a business that simply drifted into interior construction it’s what we specialise in. From walls, partitions and ceilings to doors, skirtings, feature walls, architectural timber, dry fire systems and façades, we deliver the complete interior package.
