240 Margaret Street is a student accommodation development designed to balance independent living with spaces for study, recreation and social connection. The accommodation includes up to 30 fully self-contained student units per floor, including double units, complemented by communal kitchens and shared amenities.
Superior completed the ceilings and partitions package, including the curved bathroom features within the accommodation, together with all podium works encompassing cinemas, study areas and communal spaces. The scope combined repeated residential layouts with detailed architectural features and the varied requirements of shared facilities.
The curved bathroom features required careful setting out and precise installation, while the podium spaces brought together different finishes and room configurations. The project demonstrates Superior’s capability to deliver extensive accommodation fitouts alongside intricate feature work and communal facilities.
